CUTTING ASSEMBLY
The cutting set of the FF-315 Plus Sliding Machine is designed to ensure high quality and precision of cut. With a 5 HP motor for the saw and scriber set, this equipment is perfect for cutting MDF sheets, with melanin coating.
BLADE PROTECTION
The saw blade protection allows the operator to visualize the piece while cutting and increases the dust extraction capacity.
SCORING BLADE ADJSUTMENT
The FF-315 Plus scriber adjustment system is external. Positioned on the side of the machine, the operator can adjust the height and alignment with the saw, easily and quickly.
PUSHER
The pusher for small pieces which comes with the machine is used to remove small parts between the saw blade and the fixed table fence.
FIXATION WEDGE
The fixation wedge that comes with the machine is used to avoid the undesired return of the pieces when cutting.
SAW ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
In the Squaring Machine FF-315 Plus, the adjustment of the saw angle is done manually with analog indication of the angle and precision of 0.5°.
AUXILIARY TABLE GUIDE STOP
Fixed table stop, allows adjustment of up to 966mm, with quick lock system. Auxiliary board guide stop, measuring 2790mm, has easy-adjustable stops for repetitive cuts.
SLIDING TABLE LOCK
The sliding table has a locking system that allows locking it in any position.
