SLIDING TABLE (NOW WITH 3 METERS)
With a load capacity of up to 100 kg (220 lbs) evenly distributed, the sliding table measures 3000 mm (118 inches) of length and 362 mm (14,25 inches) of width. It is built in high technology extruded aluminum and protected by anodization treatment. The guides and pulleys are built in tempered and rectified steel, providing more rigidity, precision and durability to the assembly.
CUTTING ASSEMBLY
The cutting assembly of the FF-300 Plus Sliding Table Saw was projected to assure a high quality and precise cut. With a 3 HP motor for the main and scoring blades, this equipment is perfect for cutting MDF boards with melamine coating.
SAW ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
On the FF-300 Plus Sliding Table Saw, the saw angle adjustment is done manually with analogic indication of the angle and precision of 0,5°.
SAW HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The saw height adjustment is done through a handle positioned on the side of the machine, with easy access.
SCORING BLADE ADJSUTMENT
The scoring blade adjustment system of the FF-300 Plus is external. Positioned on the side of the machine, the operation is able to adjust the height and alignment with the main blade, easy and quickly.
FIXED TABLE FENCE
The fixed table fence allows an opening of up to 966mm (38 inches), with a quick locking system. The fence can be adjusted to avoid that the fence comes in contact with the saw blade, when cutting at 45⁰ angle.
AUXILIARY TABLE GUIDE STOP
With scale measuring 1640mm (64,5 inches) the auxiliary table guide has an easy to adjust stop for repeated cuts.
AUXILIARY TABLE GUIDE EXTENSION
The auxiliary table guide has an extension of 2839 mm, with a second stop.
BLADE PROTECTION
The saw blade protection allows the operator to visualize the piece while cutting and increases the dust extraction capacity.
SLIDING TABLE LOCK
The sliding table has a locking system that allows locking it in any position.
FIXATION WEDGE
The fixation wedge that comes with the machine is used to avoid the undesired return of the pieces when cutting.
AUXILIARY AND MAIN PANELS
The FF-300 Plus Sliding Table Saw has the auxiliary and main panel to increase the operator’s safety.
PUSHER
The pusher for small pieces which comes with the machine is used to remove small parts between the saw blade and the fixed table fence.
PUSHER SACRIFICE
The sacrifice pusher which comes with the machine is used to aid cutting, increase safety.
ANGLE CUT
The stop for angle cutting can be easily and precisely fixed to the main table. (Optional Accessory)
MANUAL CLAMP
The manual clamp is used main to lock small pieces when cutting. (Optional Accessory)
