In addition to the already established systems, "Auto Position", "Auto Speed" and "Eco Motion", the IM-2900 V30 Electronic beam saw is equipped with a modern "Digital stop" system that guarantees the measurement of the part to be cut, with a simple touch on the panel.

The digital Stop System significantly increases the speed and quality of measurement of parts. By typing the measurements on the panel or importing them from a cutting plane *, the stop is automatically positioned at the stipulated measurement, and the operator can cut with precision and speed.
More Productivity.
The AUTO POSITION system significantly increases the productivity when cutting smaller pieces as it automatically identifies the size of the piece. The operator does not have to measure the piece and input the information on the panel of the machine.

A great new feature on the IM-2900 V30 is the new AUTO SPEED system. With maximum cutting speed of 30 m/min (98 feet/min), the Auto Speed makes sure that the saw blade is always at the ideal speed, considering the type and thickness of the material and the sharpness of the saw blade.

Another advantage of this machine is the ECO MOTION system which generates savings of up to 70% in electricity. This system automatically assesses the need of keeping the motor running and turns it off when the machine is not cutting.
